Principal Security Engineer

Nursa, founded in 2019, is a venture-backed healthcare platform addressing U.S. healthcare staffing challenges by connecting qualified nurses with facilities in need. As our Principal Security Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our security strategy, protecting our platform, infrastructure, and data from evolving threats. This role combines technical expertise with leadership opportunities, working across engineering, product, and compliance teams to implement security best practices and maintain healthcare regulations compliance.

You'll lead security architecture design, manage vulnerabilities, handle incident response, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
