As a Premium Account Engineer, you'll act as a trusted advisor, managing technical issues, resolving merchant service inquiries, and offering real-time problem-solving through instant messaging platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming a Nuvei brand and product expert
- Managing technical issues for premium clients
- Providing technical guidance through instant messaging channels
- Proactively anticipating and addressing client needs
- Investigating errors and logs, providing in-depth analysis
- Translating client requirements into product requirements
- Escalating technical complaints and incidents
- Collaborating with various internal teams and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of hands-on technical support experience
- Knowledge of REST API and SDK
- Strong technical background in analyzing reports, investigating logs, and basic programming skills
- Fast learning abilities and tech-orientation
- Experience in technical Product Management or Technical Support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex schemes
- Professional level of English (additional languages are a plus)
