This role is crucial in providing technical support and guidance to premium partnership accounts. As a Premium Account Engineer, you'll act as a trusted advisor, managing technical issues, resolving merchant service inquiries, and offering real-time problem-solving through instant messaging platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a Nuvei brand and product expert
  • Managing technical issues for premium clients
  • Providing technical guidance through instant messaging channels
  • Proactively anticipating and addressing client needs
  • Investigating errors and logs, providing in-depth analysis
  • Translating client requirements into product requirements
  • Escalating technical complaints and incidents
  • Collaborating with various internal teams and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical support experience
  • Knowledge of REST API and SDK
  • Strong technical background in analyzing reports, investigating logs, and basic programming skills
  • Fast learning abilities and tech-orientation
  • Experience in technical Product Management or Technical Support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex schemes
  • Professional level of English (additional languages are a plus)
