ATE and SLT Hardware Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking an ATE/SLT Hardware Engineer to join their team. The role involves reviewing designs of sockets, plungers, and thermal solutions, providing ATE and SLT test fixture/HW solutions, driving active thermal solution evaluation and qualification, and conducting DOE for data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong hardware troubleshooting skills, the ability to debug ATE/SLT hardware setups, and experience in IC test engineering or hardware engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review and ensure robust test HW designs for product bring-up and production
• Provide ATE and SLT test fixture/HW solutions from design to improvement
• Drive and run DOE for data analysis and recommendations
• Cross-functional team support and project management
• On-duty lab support, including weekends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (EE or ME preferred) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of IC test engineering or hardware engineering experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand mechanical/electrical circuits
• Proven troubleshooting skills and knowledge of IC testing
• Ability to repair and solder small components
• Knowledge of ESD prevention and control
• Good communication and customer service skills
