As a DFT Engineer, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment working with state-of-the-art Memory BIST logic and other DFT circuits. The role involves using advanced verification methodologies like UVM and NVIDIA Internal tools, while working with industry-standard technologies including SV, Perl, and Python. You'll be responsible for developing robust testplans, conducting pre-silicon simulation, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage across various products.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, combined with 1-4 years of relevant experience. You'll need solid analytical and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in verification flows and DFT methodologies. Responsibilities For DFT Engineer

  • Verification of state of art Memory BIST logic and DFT circuits
  • Validating test features with robust & scalable testplan development
  • Pre-Silicon Simulation and Debug of Test functionality
  • Work on automation, flow development & improvement
  • Partner with design team to understand architecture
  • Collaborate with QA engineers for test coverage and software quality

Requirements For DFT Engineer

Python
  • Btech/BE/BS or Mtech/ME/MS in EE/ECE or equivalent experience
  • Solid Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Good understanding and Exposure to Logic design, Architecture & Verification
  • Strong Coding skills in industry-standard scripting languages
  • Exposure to DFT circuits and methodology
  • 1-4 years of experience in Industry-standard verification flows
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with curiosity to learn
