Description For DFT Verification Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking a DFT Verification Engineer to join their team in developing next-generation DFT technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on advanced technologies and complex products in the Switches, NIC, and SoC product lines. The position involves working closely with various aspects of chip design, backend, verification, and production testing.

As a DFT Verification Engineer, you'll be responsible for verifying the design and implementation of DFT technologies across various projects. You'll work with sophisticated verification methodologies and be part of a team that develops unique and innovative DFT solutions. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams, including architects, designers, and silicon verification specialists.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in electrical or computer engineering, with expertise in RTL design using Verilog. Experience with verification tools and environments is highly valued, particularly with SV/Specman and Python. Responsibilities For DFT Verification Engineer

  • Verification of DFT design, architecture and micro-architecture using sophisticated verification methodologies
  • Understand design & implementation, define verification scope
  • Develop verification infrastructure (Testbenches, BFMs, Checkers, Monitors)
  • Execute test/coverage plans and verify design correctness
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, emulation, production testing and silicon verification teams

Requirements For DFT Verification Engineer

Python
  • BSc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering
  • Good understanding of RTL design (Verilog)
  • Strong debugging, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Ability to work in a geographically diverse team environment
  • Self motivated, independent and target oriented
