Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience); a Master's or Ph.D. is preferred with 15+ overall years of experience
  • Successful track record in a leadership capacity in mechanical engineering, preferably in high-tech or AI-focused industries.
  • Outstanding skills in mechanical design, CAD software, and engineering analysis tools.
  • A track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams involved in designing mechanical systems.
  • A passion for innovation and a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
