Description For Hardware Board Design Manager, IC Product

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Hardware Board Design Manager to join their IC Product Engineering HW team. This role focuses on leading the design and execution of test boards for IC products within NVIDIA's Networking division, a premier provider of InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions. The position combines technical leadership with team management, requiring expertise in PCB design, electrical specifications, and production implementation. Responsibilities For Hardware Board Design Manager, IC Product

  • Lead hardware team for multiple PCB design types
  • Manage team deliveries with focus on quality and timeliness
  • Full responsibility for electrical specification, schematic design, components selection and layout considerations
  • Extensive lab bring-up and debugging for production floor implementation
  • Collaborate with R&D and Production groups including Mechanics, Signal Integrity, Layout, DFT, Firmware and Testing
  • Work with advanced ATE products - UF Tester & Prober for wafer sort products

Requirements For Hardware Board Design Manager, IC Product

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 10+ years of experience as a Board Design Engineer
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Board design manager
  • Experience with Digital circuits, Power and High-speed design
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong management skills
  • Self-instruction abilities
  • Multi-disciplined approach
  • Multi-Tasking capabilities
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
