NVIDIA is seeking an exceptional Firmware Manager to join their FW Management group in Tel-Aviv. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, leading a major team responsible for next-generation networking products' firmware. The position involves developing cutting-edge networking features for cloud, HPC, and storage solutions that drive data growth for major companies worldwide.

The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, requiring 8+ years of firmware development experience and 2+ years of managerial experience. You'll be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled engineers while actively participating in the design and implementation of new features in NVIDIA Switch Firmware.

Key technical requirements include proficiency in C, assembly, and Python, along with a strong understanding of embedded software and real-time programming. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, complemented by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
