Responsibilities For Memory System Quality Architect

  • Analyze future DDR/LPDDR/HBM technologies for performance, power, defectivity, and margins
  • Work with memory system architects and external vendors
  • Architect quality, reliability, and availability-based features
  • Manage implications of high power density, temperature requirements, and manufacturing variations
  • Influence vendor quality strategy and develop in-house test and qualification strategy

Requirements For Memory System Quality Architect

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent in EE, CE, CS, Systems Engineering with 8+ years experience, or Master's degree (MS) with 6+ years experience
  • Deep understanding of memory sub-systems in high-performance computing (DDR/5/6, LPDDR4/5/6, HBM 3/4)
  • Experience in architecting system features and test/manufacturing strategies for memory
  • Ability to analyze functional or test data
  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
