NVIDIA's Cloud Engineering and Services (CES) team is seeking a principal software engineer/architect to design and implement a new greenfield service for fraud prevention and enhanced account protection. This role involves developing innovative solutions to combat service abuse and implement powerful Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) strategies across the cloud platform. The architect will be responsible for creating a scalable, multi-tenant architecture that integrates fraud detection mechanisms and sophisticated security features.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting a new greenfield service for fraud prevention and account protection
- Developing advanced algorithms and machine learning models for service abuse detection
- Designing and implementing innovative MFA solutions
- Building robust APIs for real-time fraud detection and adaptive authentication

Requirements:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with 5+ years in architectural roles
- Extensive experience in designing security-focused services, particularly in fraud prevention and authentication
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of cryptography, identity and access management, and modern authentication protocols
- Expertise in data analysis and machine learning techniques for fraud detection
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software projects with a security focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead engineering teams
