Responsibilities For Product Test Engineer
- Initiate and bringup wafer sort ATE program during new product introduction and ramp up for mass production
- Deploy new probing technology and methodology, including machine learning for AI model and high bandwidth test fixture for 3D IC support
- Engage in on-site work with team collaboration and drive ATE/probing HW vendor/supplier strategy
- Build statistical tools for data analysis and root cause analysis
- Create productivity script tools for test automation and machine learning
- Support inline debugging and troubleshooting for production line issues
Requirements For Product Test Engineer
- BS or equivalent experience in EE or CS related fields
- 3 years or above of Advantest 93K experience
- Knowledge of C++/C, VB, Perl, Python
- Good command of oral and written English
- Good communications in collaboration team work
