Responsibilities For Senior Datacenter GPU Power Architect

  • Conceive flows/methodologies/KPIs and build power estimation models/tools for GPU products and systems
  • Early GPU & System Architecture exploration focusing on energy efficiency and TCO improvements
  • Set power targets for future projects and track ASIC milestones
  • Deploy machine learning techniques for accurate power and performance models
  • Analyze workload characteristics for GenAI/HPC workloads at Datacenter Scale
  • Conduct pre-silicon thermal analysis for next-gen GPUs
  • Model & analyze cutting-edge technologies like chiplets and high-speed interconnects
  • Work with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap

Requirements For Senior Datacenter GPU Power Architect

Python
  • MSEE/MSCE, preferably PhD, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficient chip/system design fundamentals
  • Familiarity with low power design techniques
  • Deep understanding of processors and system-SW architectures
  • Familiarity with Python and Si data analysis
  • Experience with performance monitors/simulators
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
