Senior Manager, Robotics Learning Platform

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager for their Robotics Learning Platform to join the Isaac Lab team. The role involves developing next-generation features for their flagship platform, automating workflows, collaborating with research and engineering teams, engaging with robotics communities, and leading a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, robotics, and simulation workflows, with a focus on deep learning and reinforcement learning. They will be responsible for architecture, design, and planning for the entire software product development life cycle of an open-source community project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing features like perception-in-the-loop reinforcement learning and multi-agent training
• Automating and scaling workflows in the cloud
• Collaborating with teams across NVIDIA to enable next-generation humanoid robots
• Engaging with industrial and research robotics communities
• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in software development with Python and deep-learning software stack
• 10+ years of experience in robotics and simulation workflows
• 3+ years of experience managing software or robotics teams
