The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing physical layout for mixed-signal functions, including PLL's, high-speed SerDes, and Analog to Digital converters. You'll collaborate with ASIC and mixed-signal engineers, participating in floor planning and custom layout while ensuring compliance with design rules.

Responsibilities For Senior Mask Design Engineer - Hardware
- Performing physical layout for mixed-signal functions in state-of-the-art sub-micron CMOS technologies
- Working cross functionally with ASIC and mixed-signal engineers
- Customizing designs for integration in VLSI products
- Floor planning, custom layout and verifying against design rules and schematics
Requirements For Senior Mask Design Engineer - Hardware
- BSEE or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7+ years industry experience in Mask and Layout Design
- Deep understanding of analog circuit layout concepts in submicron CMOS technologies
- Expertise with Cadence custom circuit design tools - particularly virtuoso
- Experience with verification tools (Dracula, Hercules, Calibre, Primeyield)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (perl, python, skill)
- Knowledge of DRC and LVS checking flows
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good interpersonal skills
