As a Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer, you'll lead the architecture definition and design of CMOS high-speed interface circuits and mixed-signal circuits. Your responsibilities will include creating projects for high-speed I/Os and high-frequency PLLs, designing and simulating mixed-signal circuits, and mentoring other designers. You'll also support lab characterization of silicon and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuit design, with a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering. You should be proficient with Cadence custom design tools and have extensive experience in PLL and high-speed IO interfaces. Strong lab skills for silicon validation, debugging, and characterization are essential.

Responsibilities For Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
- Lead architecture definition and design of CMOS high-speed interface circuits and mixed-signal circuits
- Create projects including high speed I/Os and high frequency PLLs
- Design, simulate, and verify mixed-signal circuits
- Lead mask designers, provide mentorship for floorplan and layout design
- Support lab characterization of silicon

Requirements For Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of design experience in CMOS analog / mixed-signal circuit
- Working knowledge of Cadence custom design tools, circuit simulator, timing analysis tool
- Exceptional teammate with good interpersonal skills
- Validated experience in leading and mentoring designers
- Extensive design experience in PLL and high speed IO interfaces
- In-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS process and related circuit design issues
- Proven experience in silicon bring-up, debugging and use of lab instrumentation
- Experience in Verilog, Matlab, Nanotime is helpful
