Description For Senior Network Engineer - Cloud

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to develop cloud network infrastructure. The role involves crafting a reliable, scalable, and efficient network to support NVIDIA's software development workflows and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, compute resource management, and developer productivity tools. The network will serve needs across NVIDIA's entire software stack, from Graphics Drivers to Autonomous Vehicles to Deep Learning frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the overall architecture and design of cloud network infrastructure
  • Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting entire network stacks
  • Automating network infrastructure end-to-end
  • Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale IP Networking Technologies
  • Working with Peering and Datacenter interconnect technologies
  • Designing and implementing networks at scale

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated networking ability, especially with Arista switches
  • MS or BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Python/Shell scripting skills for automation and tools
  • Familiarity with various network operating systems
  • Expertise in underlay networks and network virtualization
  • Experience implementing network services in distributed computing environments
  • Hands-on experience with high-performance networks in large-scale, multisite environments
  • Background in building tooling and automation for network infrastructure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

NVIDIA offers a competitive base salary range of $132,000 - $310,500 USD, along with equity and benefits. The company values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
