Responsibilities For Senior Product Architect

  • Define & design GPU-based products through collaboration with CPU/SOC/DPU/SW teams
  • Participate in definition, positioning, architecture, and execution of GPU and SoC-based products
  • Define product architecture and provide guidance to design engineers
  • Balance product cost, performance, and schedule
  • Drive resolution of issues and bugs
  • Develop GPU and SoC ball-map

Requirements For Senior Product Architect

  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Product Architect for chip, platform and hardware optimization
  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical skills including PCB design experience
  • Experience with DFx (Design for cost, test, manufacturing), Schematic, PCB Layout, Signal Integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to justify solutions with business and technical partners
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects with tight deadlines
