Senior Product Architect

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Product Architect to define and design GPU-based products and drive hardware/software feature improvements through collaboration with CPU/SOC/DPU/SW teams. The role involves participating in every facet of the definition, positioning, architecture, and execution of GPU and SoC-based products across various fields including GPU cards, servers, automotive, robotics, industrial PC, consumer electronics, and medical devices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining product architecture and guiding design engineers on topology and implementation alignment
• Balancing product cost, performance, and schedule
• Driving resolution of issues and bugs
• Leading GPU and SoC ball-map development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Product Architect
• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including PCB design experience
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Experience with DFx, Schematic, PCB Layout, Signal Integrity, and Factory manufacture
