NVIDIA, a global leader in graphics and artificial intelligence, is seeking a Senior Silicon Solution Engineer to join their Silicon Solutions Group (SSG). This role is part of the SSG Prod - System Integration Team, which has an end-to-end view of product development from architecture definition through bringup to product release. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated chip features and debugging situations.
The role involves working with NVIDIA's cutting-edge GPU and SOC technologies, focusing on silicon and system-level feature bringup, debug, validation, and productization. You'll be responsible for understanding and implementing various hardware/software features related to clocks, DVFS, performance, power management, and circuits.
As a Senior Silicon Solution Engineer, you'll lead system-level feature design and deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support silicon bring-up and validation. Responsibilities For Senior Silicon Solution Engineer - Hardware
- Understand various HW/SW features related to clocks, DVFS, perf, power, performance, controllers, and circuits
- Productize and integrate system level features, controllers, power management & clocking techniques
- Lead system level feature design, productization, debug and deployment
- Collaborate with ArchDev, ASIC, SW/FW, validation, and production teams
- Support silicon bring-up, validation and debug
- Responsible for GPU and SoC system qualification
- Build supporting tools/script/infrastructure
- Optimize validation and productization processes
Requirements For Senior Silicon Solution Engineer - Hardware
- BTech/BE or MTech/ME degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
- 5+ Years of experience in silicon bringup, system level design, validation, power/performance optimization
- Deep understanding of SW/firmware and HW/SW interaction
- Hands-on lab experience with silicon bringup, lab debug and lab tools
- Strong fundamentals in board and system design, digital design, DVFS, control systems
- Basic programming experience in C/C++, Python, Perl in Windows/Linux environment
- Excellent problem solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent data analysis and logical reasoning skills
