The role requires a Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in computer architecture and power. The successful candidate will need strong technical expertise in power efficiency at various levels and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.

  • Optimizing power and performance across technical, product, and usage constraints for Nvidia SoCs
  • Working with teams throughout the company to deliver outstanding power solutions
  • Guiding HW Design teams in evaluating and improving power efficiency
  • Creating power models of key SoC units to evaluate architectural tradeoffs
  • Working on applications in driving, robotics, multimedia, and edge computing

Requirements For Senior SoC Power Architect

  • Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience focused on computer architecture and power
  • Understanding of factors influencing power efficiency at chip, system, and product levels
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Drive to continuously learn and expand architectural breadth and depth
