Senior Software Safety Manager

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated and visionary Senior Software Safety Manager to join their Drive OS Automotive Software team. This role involves building and bringing NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform to the world. The platform features multiple mixed criticality vehicle domains on a single computing platform with high-integrity virtualization and communication software at its core.

As a Senior Software Safety Manager, you will:

• Plan and drive safety activities to deliver safe and robust software
• Work with engineers and architects across various specialties to develop system-level solutions
• Partner with multi-functional teams to meet customer needs and build robust safety cases
• Coordinate safety analyses and improve safety processes
• Adapt safety processes to support reuse across industry domains
• Embrace state-of-the-art software development methods for high software integrity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of proven experience, with at least 5 years in safety-critical embedded systems
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment across different geographies

Additional valuable skills include:

• Experience in Automotive AI/Autonomous Systems software
• Skills in formal verification of software programs
• Knowledge of LLMs for safety case development
• Diverse experience across multiple safety-critical domains
