The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procedures and test specifications for manufacturing lines, with a focus on product quality and needs. This role requires extensive experience in post-silicon system level bring-up and debug, working across all of NVIDIA's business units. Responsibilities For Senior System Level Product Engineer

  • Define procedures for correlation activities between production testing infrastructure and internal diagnostic programs
  • Create key performance indicators for test effectiveness evaluation
  • Drive process and procedure enhancement for future productization
  • Define and implement system level test solutions for all product segments
  • Work closely with HW engineering teams
  • Craft solutions through volume data analysis and lab experimentation
  • Lead optimization efforts on production screen spec definition processes
  • Define requirements to SW and board teams
  • Support internal teams during customer escalations

Requirements For Senior System Level Product Engineer

Python
Linux
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in Silicon and System Validation
  • Knowledge in ATE, System Level, Board Level testing and debug methodologies
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in DFT architecture, BIST, fault models
  • Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up
  • Strong EE fundamentals
  • Experience in critical path analysis
  • Experience with Perl, C/C++, Python and script development
  • Knowledge in scripting, statistics, timing analysis
