As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions using Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS). You'll build interactive dashboards, create data models, manage ETL processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into BI solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in both Arabic and English. Responsibilities For BI Developer - Octopus by RTG
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
- Build interactive dashboards and detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Create and manage data models, including designing and implementing data warehouses and data marts
- Develop and manage ETL processes for efficient data movement and transformation
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions
- Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to meet business needs
- Document BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards, for user reference
Requirements For BI Developer - Octopus by RTG
- Proven experience in Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to present technical information to diverse audiences
- High attention to detail and accuracy in developing data models, reports, and dashboards
- Knowledge of the retail grocery business (preferred)
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (required)
