Description For Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer

Odaseva, a trusted global enterprise data protection platform established in 2012, is seeking a Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. The company serves Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, and NGOs, reaching over 100 million Salesforce users worldwide. With offices across San Francisco, Paris, Sydney, London, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore, Odaseva provides crucial services including Backup and Restore, Archiving, and Data Privacy solutions.

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you'll be part of a 6-person Infrastructure team spread across France and the United States. You'll play a crucial role in bridging development, operations, and security, while working closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and manage the infrastructure powering their SaaS platform.

The role demands expertise in cloud infrastructure management, particularly with Azure and AWS, along with strong security implementation skills and experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines. You'll be responsible for implementing monitoring solutions, collaborating across teams, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of DevOps experience, strong technical skills in Infrastructure as Code, monitoring tools, and scripting languages. Responsibilities For Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer

  • Design, provision, and manage cloud resources on Azure and AWS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
  • Implement and maintain security best practices throughout cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions for proactive issue identification
  • Work closely with development, operations, and security teams
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across cloud infrastructure

Requirements For Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or similar role with Azure expertise
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python
  • Familiarity with relational databases and NoSQL solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
