Responsibilities For AI/Machine Learning Engineer
- Lead development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions

Requirements For AI/Machine Learning Engineer
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software and machine learning engineering
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional AI/ML teams
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer models
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Understanding of ethics in AI, including bias mitigation and fairness
