Description For Rails Engineer

Oddball is seeking a Rails Engineer to join their mission of improving federal software systems that impact millions of Americans. Responsibilities For Rails Engineer

  • Working hand in hand with other engineers developing and scaling a major application
  • Writing code, developing tests, and debugging

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years experience with Rails, Javascript, React, Web Services, AWS, Jira, Confluence, GoLang and GitHub
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud technologies
  • Minimum of 3 years working in an Agile software development environment
  • Programming in a major open source language, such as Ruby, Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript
