Founding Full Stack Engineer

OffDeal is revolutionizing the investment banking landscape for small businesses with their AI-native platform. As a Founding Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how $10 trillion worth of small businesses change hands over the coming decade.

Working directly with the founders, you'll build and enhance the AI-native platform that enables M&A advisors to achieve 10x productivity. The role involves end-to-end ownership of projects, from ideation to deployment, utilizing a modern 100% TypeScript stack with ReactJS and NodeJS. You'll work with cutting-edge AI technology, including in-house AI agents and sophisticated recommendation and search algorithms.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience shipping 0-to-1 products using TypeScript, React, and NodeJS. You should be comfortable in ambiguous startup environments and possess a generalist mindset with a passion for full-stack development. Strong product sense is essential, as you'll often act as your own product manager and designer.
