Olo, a leading SaaS platform in the restaurant industry, is seeking a Senior Developer Support Engineer to join their team in a fully remote position based in the United Kingdom. This role is crucial in helping restaurant brands and partners integrate with Olo's APIs and technical tools.

The position offers a competitive salary range of £41,000 - £48,925 and operates on a 2pm-11pm GMT Monday-Friday schedule. As a Senior Developer Support Engineer, you'll leverage your engineering expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear resolution guidance for Olo's APIs, SDKs, and technical specifications.

The role requires 3-5+ years of full-time engineering experience, with a focus on API development and third-party service integration. While the position doesn't involve hands-on coding, you'll need strong technical problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts for various audiences.
