Software Engineer, One@Work

As a Full Stack Engineer on the One@Work team, you'll be instrumental in developing employer benefit features including Instapay, savings, and budgeting. We're looking for experienced engineers who can build simple yet powerful experiences for daily financial interactions. Our tech stack includes fp-ts library for functional programming with Node/TypeScript on Kubernetes and AWS.

The role demands someone with 10+ years of experience who can collaborate effectively, maintain documentation, and solve complex problems involving real-world money movement and sensitive financial data at scale. We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $170,000 to $210,000, along with comprehensive benefits including equity, 401(k) with match, flexible time off, and the choice of remote or office work.
