As the second Machine Learning Engineer in this space, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of military operational planning through AI innovation.

In this role, you'll lead critical MLOps initiatives, establishing and refining AI/ML deployment pipelines that directly impact military operational planning efficiency. You'll work on designing scalable systems for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring robust and efficient integration of AI solutions into the platform.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of engineering experience with significant MLOps contributions, strong Python programming skills, and expertise in container orchestration, model serving frameworks, and cloud environments. You'll need to be proficient in CI/CD pipelines, distributed computing, and model monitoring tools.

Requirements For Senior AI/ML Engineer, Machine Learning Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years in engineering roles with significant MLOps contributions
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in designing and deploying agentic systems with modern model serving frameworks
- Experience with systems architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Git version control
- Strong proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience with model monitoring, logging, and versioning tools
- Expertise in deploying ML models in cloud environments
