Senior Software Engineer, Reliability Engineering (US)

We deliver the industry's most interoperable data lakehouse through a cloud-native managed service built on Apache Hudi. As a Senior Software Engineer in Reliability Engineering, you'll join a team of passionate professionals tackling deeply technical challenges of building a 2-sided engineering product. You'll own the entire live production infrastructure and operational posture to run massive data systems at scale. Your responsibilities include ensuring service resilience, improving operational efficiency, mentoring cross-functional teams during crises, and establishing a culture of reliability across engineering.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and own the reliability engineering practice from the ground up
• Design, implement, and maintain new services, tools, and monitoring for service reliability
• Respond to and manage high severity incidents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption of best practices
• Analyze and evaluate existing designs, making recommendations based on new technologies
• Support services before and after they go live
• Drive improvements in overall reliability and incident response time
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
