Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer

  • Partner with sales to drive successful deals and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate internally to maintain external security documentation and demo environments
  • Lead qualified product demos and pre-sales process
  • Support solution selling and work cross-functionally
  • Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses
  • Lead and execute POCs and POVs
  • Aid and help secure technical, business, and security wins

Requirements For Solutions Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role
  • Strong understanding of MarTech, Customer Engagement or Messaging technologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Technical understanding around APIs, SDKs, Databases, Servers
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Ability to work effectively cross functionally
