QA/Software Tester

Oodle is seeking a QA/Software Tester to ensure software quality and provide seamless journeys for customers and internal teams. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end testing process, implementing test strategies, collaborating with product owners and development teams, designing and executing test scripts, performing root cause analysis, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), proficiency in test case design, and knowledge of test automation frameworks. Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end testing process
• Implement test strategies and plans
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams
• Design and execute manual and automated test scripts
• Perform root cause analysis of defects
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Stay updated with industry trends and testing methodologies
• Communicate test progress and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency in test case design and maintenance
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of software testing concepts and best practices
• Experience with test management and defect tracking systems
• Performance and security testing experience is a plus
