Responsibilities For Support Engineer

  • Monitor and manage alerting systems using DataDog and other tools
  • Work with applications written in Next.js, Nest.js, React, Typescript, Mocha, Jest, Node, Postgres
  • Respond quickly to mitigate system incidents and data issues
  • Fully document incident timelines
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, Product and Engineering
  • Track and report on metrics and trends
  • Identify and act on areas of improvement in product and process
  • Help with technical improvement initiatives

Requirements For Support Engineer

  • Fluency in English for client interactions and team discussions
  • Highly effective, positive and empathic teammate
  • 3+ years of software development and/or support experience
