  • Develop comprehensive understanding of Opal Security's identity platform
  • Serve as primary technical support contact for enterprise customers
  • Provide rapid expert-level troubleshooting with response times under 2 hours
  • Contribute to public documentation and produce sample code
  • Lead change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvements
  • Utilize advanced data analysis for customer usage patterns
  • Collaborate with technical account management, product, engineering, and sales teams

Requirements For Senior Support Engineer

  • 5+ years of technical support experience in cybersecurity SaaS businesses
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, DevOps, and enterprise IT solutions
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Typescript, Go, or Python)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security providers and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of excellent customer support in enterprise security environments
