Based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model, the position offers a competitive salary range of $295K-$530K plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities For Research Engineer / Research Scientist - Deep Research
- Own and pursue a research agenda to improve model capability and performance
- Build robust evaluations for tracking modeling improvements
- Design, implement, test, and debug code across our research stack
- Collaborate closely with the other research and product / applied teams
Requirements For Research Engineer / Research Scientist - Deep Research
- Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of ideas
- Deep understanding of machine learning and machine learning applications
- Comfortable diving into a large ML codebase to debug and improve it
- Experience with product-focused research projects
