Description For Senior GTM Systems Engineer

OpenAI is at the forefront of artificial general intelligence (AGI) development, with a mission to ensure AI benefits all of humanity. As a Senior GTM Systems Engineer, you'll join their Revenue Operations team, playing a crucial role in enabling the Go To Market (GTM) organization. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems that power sales and revenue operations, working with cutting-edge AI technology and products.

The position offers a unique opportunity to help customers understand and leverage highly capable AI models in their businesses. You'll work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office) at either the San Francisco HQ or New York City office, collaborating with sales, finance, and legal teams to create efficient workflows for order execution and deal management.

The role requires extensive Salesforce development expertise, particularly in Apex, LWC, and API development. You'll be instrumental in building the foundational infrastructure for a world-class GTM organization, helping customers evolve their industries with AI. Responsibilities For Senior GTM Systems Engineer

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable systems for sales and revenue operations
  • Architect and implement scalable automation within GTM Systems ecosystem
  • Establish best practices for Salesforce development
  • Mentor junior developers
  • Serve as technical advisor to cross-functional teams
  • Stay current on new Salesforce capabilities

Requirements For Senior GTM Systems Engineer

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with focus on Apex, LWCs, and system integrations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and system architecture skills
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Application Architect)
  • Prior experience or familiarity in the AI industry
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and CPQ solutions
