Senior GTM Systems Engineer

As a Senior GTM Systems Engineer, you'll join the Revenue Operations team, which is crucial in enabling the Go To Market (GTM) organization to help customers leverage AI products effectively. This role combines technical expertise in Salesforce development with business process optimization, requiring deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, and API development.

You'll be instrumental in building the foundational infrastructure for a world-class GTM organization, working directly with sales, finance, and legal teams to streamline deal management and order execution workflows. The position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in office at either San Francisco HQ or New York City office, with relocation assistance available.

The role demands extensive experience in Salesforce development, particularly in designing scalable solutions for fast-growing companies. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices, mentoring junior developers, and staying current with Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong project management skills, and preferably relevant certifications.
