This role is crucial in building and optimizing scalable systems for sales and revenue operations. The position offers a competitive base salary of $240K plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, focusing on Apex, LWC, and API development. You'll work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office) either in San Francisco or New York City, collaborating with sales, finance, and legal teams to implement scalable user experiences for GTM stakeholders.

Responsibilities For Senior GTM Systems Engineer
- Architect and implement scalable automation and processes within the GTM Systems ecosystem
- Establish best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, release management, and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior developers and serve as a technical advisor to cross-functional teams
- Stay current on new Salesforce capabilities
Requirements For Senior GTM Systems Engineer
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with focus on Apex, LWCs, and system integrations
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and system architecture skills
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Application Architect) preferred
- Prior experience or familiarity in the AI industry
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and systems and CPQ solutions
