The role requires 5+ years of experience in technical support or software engineering, with a strong background in application development.
You'll serve as a technical advocate, providing deep troubleshooting assistance and educating customers on platform usage. The role involves partnering with engineering teams, coordinating resources across multiple teams, and operationalizing solutions at scale. You'll build strong relationships with customer leaders and ensure their applications' success.
Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, proven experience in customer relationship building, and strong technical problem-solving skills.
