Solutions Engineer, Large Enterprise

OpenAI is seeking a Solutions Engineer for their Large Enterprise segment to join their Technical Success team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective deployment of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises. The position offers a competitive salary range of $220K-$280K plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor for OpenAI's largest enterprise customers, helping them transform their businesses through AI solutions such as customer service, automated content generation, and novel applications. Working in a hybrid model (3 days in office) from either San Francisco or New York, you'll partner with senior business stakeholders to guide AI strategy and identify high-value use cases.

Key responsibilities include delivering pre-sales technical expertise, building demos, recommending architecture patterns, and handling security and compliance questions. The role requires 7+ years of technical pre-sales experience, strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript, and experience with Generative AI solutions.
