Based in Washington, DC, this hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $198K-$252K plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of technical pre-sales experience, with strong capabilities in Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs. They'll serve as a crucial bridge between OpenAI's cutting-edge AI technology and public sector needs, delivering technical expertise while ensuring responsible AI adoption. The role involves building demos, scoping use cases, and providing architectural guidance to help organizations transform their operations through AI solutions.
Working in a hybrid model (3 days in office), you'll collaborate with various teams including Public Sector Go-to-Market, Policy/Global Affairs, and GRC teams. - Deliver pre-sales customer experience for prospects and customers
- Demonstrate ChatGPT and OpenAI API value proposition

- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs
- Gather and relay customer feedback
- Handle security and compliance questions
- Collaborate with Public Sector Go-to-Market, Policy/Global Affairs, and GRC teams
Requirements For Solutions Engineer, Public Sector
- 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
