Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer, Startups
- Deliver pre-sales customer experience for Startup prospects
- Create and maintain documentation, demos, cookbooks, guides, and FAQs
- Foster startup advocacy and represent customer voice internally
- Help startups build and troubleshoot during Hackathons and events
- Represent OpenAI in VC events
Requirements For Solutions Engineer, Startups
- 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
- Experience as a founder or CTO building an early stage startup
- Understanding of product development lifecycle
- Experience in building production level products using Python and Javascript
- Strong grasp of AI/LLM best practices
- Experience delivering Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
- Knowledge of cloud architecture
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
