As a DevOps Engineer III, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining their multi-tenant SaaS platform. The role combines cloud infrastructure expertise with modern DevOps practices, utilizing technologies like GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure.

You'll work in a dynamic environment where you'll optimize deployment processes, manage infrastructure, and ensure robust monitoring systems. The position requires strong technical skills in cloud operations, security, and DevOps, with particular emphasis on AWS services and Kubernetes orchestration. With 6+ years of experience required, you'll be expected to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer III

  • Design, deploy, and maintain a highly available and scalable multi-tenant SaaS environment in AWS
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Optimize AWS services for cost-efficiency, performance, and reliability
  • Ensure high reliability and disaster recovery readiness across all AWS services
  • Enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to protect sensitive data
  • Implement best practices for securing AWS resources
  • Work with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations
  • Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
  • Set up and manage comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems
  • Develop and implement incident response protocols
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements For DevOps Engineer III

  • BA/BS in computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on cloud operations
  • 2+ years of running Kubernetes at scale and in production on public clouds
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
  • Proven track record in designing and managing AWS infrastructure
  • Extensive experience with infrastructure as code tools
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools
  • Advanced skills in monitoring and logging tools
