Customer Data Solution Engineer

This role is pivotal in serving as the primary data consultant and solution architect for their largest and most complex clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background complemented by outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

As a Customer Data Solution Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate insights into tailored product configurations and data-driven solutions. You'll design data models, predictive analytics, and KPIs to enhance clients' business performance. Your role will involve presenting and communicating data-driven insights effectively, serving as a consultant and problem solver, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The position requires a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or consultancy roles. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is essential, as are strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities in English. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused mindset, high motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
