Solutions Engineer

Optimove, a leading marketing tech company recognized by Forrester and Gartner, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team of 450+ professionals. This unique hybrid role combines engineering, consulting, and customer-facing responsibilities within the Customer organization. The position demands a professional who can bridge the gap between technical implementation and client success.

The role involves working directly with prestigious clients like Sephora and Staples, requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be responsible for integrating Optimove's products with clients' systems and third-party platforms, serving as a crucial link between customers and internal teams including Customer Success, Data Science, and R&D.

The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of solutions engineering experience, with a strong foundation in technical implementation and client communication. You'll need to master Optimove's platform, particularly in areas of data integration, real-time event streaming, and cloud solutions. The role offers significant growth potential, as evidenced by the company's track record of internal promotions (2 out of 3 managers promoted from within).
