Practice Manager, NSGBU Shared Resource Team

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Shared Resource Team as a Practice Manager. The role involves leading and building a world-class team within the organization's Shared Resource Team, driving customer success and retention, and contributing to top-line growth, client referenceability, and profit. Key responsibilities include:

• Inspiring, leading, and developing team members
• Achieving above-target hours and utilization
• Managing and driving retention
• Delivering customer success
• Driving process efficiency and optimization
• Partnering with enabling groups such as account management, sales, staffing, enablement, and verticals

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3+ years of consulting experience, preferably with large consulting and/or software providers
• Demonstrated success as a customer-facing consultant
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in implementing SaaS or cloud-based technologies
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle employee and team challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (Master's degree is a plus)
• Project management experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a mentor, buddy, or team lead capacity
