Senior Software Full Stack Engineer

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Senior Software Full Stack Engineer to join their UI Architecture Team. As part of this role, you will lead architectural and design decisions, provide support to multiple teams across the organization, and facilitate communication between teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring technical consistency across multiple projects and participate in company-wide discussions to coordinate cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural and design decisions for the UI Architecture Team
• Provide support to multiple teams across the organization
• Ensure technical consistency across multiple projects
• Facilitate communication between teams
• Participate in company-wide discussions and help coordinate cross-team collaboration
• Constantly solve challenges, learn new information, and iterate on ideas

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, ideally in web-based systems
• Experience in modern front-end development (Ideally Micro frontend / React or similar)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for solving problems and focusing on simplicity
• Team player and people-focused
• Ability to connect pieces of information and explain them in non-technical language
• Ability to break down problems into simple units of work

Recommended Skills:

• Experience with Agile
• Experience developing in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience with writing unit/end-to-end tests using corresponding testing frameworks
• Experience in Java or C#, OOP, and design patterns
• Experience with Web technologies
