Software Engineer

Oracle-NetSuite is seeking a highly-motivated Software Engineer to join their Core team responsible for designing, developing, and testing the Oracle-NetSuite ERP product. The role involves working with diverse product teams to solve complex problems, implement new functionality, and ensure the continued functionality of the existing ERP system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with development teams, testing engineers, product managers, and UX to define and implement product offerings
• Investigating and implementing new functionality or re-architecting existing solutions
• Implementing solutions across database schema, business logic, and presentation layers
• Creating secure, reliable, efficient, and scalable features and platforms
• Analyzing customer workflows, investigating issues, and resolving them within SLAs
• Validating peer engineers' work and developing test automation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience with Java (C# or similar considered)
• 3+ years of SQL database experience
• Understanding of modern web applications
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Vue, React, or Oracle JET for UI development
• Software testing experience
