The Account Cloud Engineering (ACE) Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team by acting as a "shadow" ACE. The primary objective of this role is to provide appropriate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) technology solutions, foster growth within the line of business, and support all Cloud Engineering-related activities that contribute to business growth in the region and enhance brand visibility. The intern will focus on understanding customer needs, proposing and building tailored solutions, and ensuring effective execution towards achieving desired outcomes. As trusted advisors, ACEs are integral to winning new customers and expanding Oracle's footprint with existing clients, while cultivating long-term customer relationships.

This internship is a 12-month program starting 1 April 2025, located in Woodmead, Johannesburg. It is open to graduates who have not previously participated in an internship or held a permanent role for over 12 months. In line with Employment Equity Act 1998 obligations, preference will be given to candidates from designated groups.
Minimum Qualification: B.Com or BSc in IT Desirable Qualification: B.Com or BSc Honours in IT
Required skills include excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, attention to detail, and goal-orientation. Exposure to technical operations or development is advantageous for technical roles.
