Oracle is seeking an Adoption Program Manager (APM) to work with top Fusion Analytics customers, driving successful user adoption of Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). This role is part of the Services Excellence team within Oracle Analytics, focused on innovating and supporting service management technologies.
The APM will partner with solution engineers to guide customers through their adoption journey, from onboarding to full adoption. Key responsibilities include removing adoption blockers, working with product management, connecting customers to FDI resources, and providing product and analytics guidance. The role requires collaboration with Fusion Customer Success Managers and direct engagement with strategic customers' technical and business stakeholders.
